While RVC councillors may be popular in their respective divisions and there were certainly some successes achieved by council, those achievements were unfortunately overshadowed by four years of in-fighting and needless scandals. The vote on Oct. 18 is therefore a crucial opportunity for County residents to consider how they would like to see the next four years play out.
